A forever reference and guide. Three of my friends purchased this book upon my recommendation, and they all concur with me it’s what they’ve been searching for most of their life. It’s the answer to “How” that other methods and techniques fall a little short of helping us to deal with our stuck emotions. Just as a physical detox is a great way to prepare the body for a new diet or a healthier lifestyle, an emotional detox is a great way to prepare the mind for new mental habits and a healthier mindset.
