Extracting Peace Out of Pain: Life Is About Perspective

In May of 2021, at age 33, I received a life-changing diagnosis that would change me in many ways. I was diagnosed with glioblastoma brain cancer. I had two choices: I could either fall into despair and pain or figure out a way to find whatever benefits I could gain from it and peace that could be extracted out of it. I chose the latter.
