Not worth the money for the e-book. Most of the information in the book is available on Heidi Powell's blog and the appendices you need for tracking, shopping, approved foods etc CANNOT be printed from the e-book. I emailed asking where I could get a copy & was told by "Team Powell" they don't have them available for download & they suggested taking screen shots. Book is a set up as a 21 day program to get you moving and carb cycling. The eating program suggests a lot of specialty food and protein & peanut butter powders are in a lot of the recipes. The book does not teach you how many carbs you should shoot for in a high carb day vs a low carb day. Rather suggests 4 "high carb" days followed by 2 "low carb" days and 1 reset day. Eat 5 meals a day every day, 1500 calories for women, 2000 for men & add an additional 1000 calories on reset days.

I've just started reading "Extreme Weight Loss" on my Nook. The recipes looks good, but the food icons are too small on my Nook, and cannot be enlarged. I don't know what they represent, as they are never explained. I am guessing that one is a chicken for proteins, one is a chunk of cheese for fats, another is wheat for grains, and yet another I can't see. The 21 day tracking chart is unreadable. Frustrating.
