I feel like all of the reviews are over rated. The story drags on and on like the song that never ends. The book is boring

I love melissa fosters books, but this was far from her best work. The female character was awful. The "fairy tale" dance and some of the other scenes would have been more appropriate in a child's book. I couldn't wait for the book to be over and now I'm hesitant to move on with the series.

Again Melissa Foster came through with great characters both main and secondary ones. A close knit family with the love to help each other realize life is meant to live it to the fullest. Well written with strong characters both main and secondary ones. One could follow the characters through the struggles of a new relationship. The Love In Bloom series is a great series to read.

have read all the Braden’s books so far and all the Love in Bloom books.   They are only getting better and better.   Wes is a confirmed bachelor until he meets Callie.  I loved the hot looks in the library, the ruse of needing books to read and Callie picking them out for him, and the control they both have until they hit the ranch.   I usually love the anticipation of the getting them together.  With this book the anticipation was not held off for very long and I am so glad.   The steam and sparks between Callie and Wes was evident from their first meeting and quickly got hotter and hotter with each scene.   My favorite part of this book was actually Callie’s girlfriends.  The fact that they tricked her into going to the ranch, knowingly putting her in a position where she would be uncomfortable and forced to face some of her fears, showed how much they loved her and wanted her to step out of her comfort zone.  I loved their shared laughs and private jokes.   They way they could raze each other one minute and the next be laughing and smiling showed just how deep and real their friendships are.  If you have not ever read a Melissa Foster book you are seriously missing out on some amazing stories.   I highly recommend her as an author and this series as a fun and easy read.

Don’t you just love it when a series is filled with characters that you begin see as friends? Once again Melissa Foster and her latest tale,Fated for Love makes love bloom between two people with little in common. Callie is the last of her friends to remain single, convincing herself that she loves her life as a refined, small town assistant librarian. Enter her Thursday eye candy, avid reader, Wes Braden, rugged, handsome and one of the most eligible bachelors in town. When her college friends arrange a ‘spa” weekend, little did either Callie or Wes know how just a few days can turn their lives upside down and inside out. Once again, Fate has a little fun with cupid's help! That ‘spa” visit? Turned out to be a weekend at a Dude Ranch, complete with rugged cowboys, horses, and wild animals, not to mention the wild beauty of nature. Too bad Callie is a city girl and totally out of her element. Owner Wes Braden breaks his own rule and will do anything to help Callie learn to enjoy the outdoors, including giving his heart to her. But will opposites be able to keep their attraction strong or is this just a weekend fling between the cowboy and the fragile flower? Could be Callie is more Tiger Lily than Pansy as she learns to trust and take a chance on living and loving. Melissa Foster has put the love story back in contemporary romance with her gentle approach to a budding relationship between her characters as they begin circling each other with love and lust in their eyes. With light humor and well-meaning supporting characters, Ms. Foster’s gift for creating a warm and fuzzy romance is spot on. As the passion heats up, warm and fuzzy starts to sizzle and electrify, while still flowing perfectly to a satisfying end. A true boy meets girl love story that will leave you with a sigh.

Melissa Foster does it again with Fated For Love.  We meet Callie Barnes and Wes Branden ( yup another Braden, cue the sexy hunk alert)  Callie Barnes is no outdoors lady but it doesn't stop her from at least trying.  Along with her friends local Librarian Callie heads to a ranch for a fun weekend which is owned by non other than Wes Braden. She lives a quieter life in a small town but has a little flutter of excitement whenever Wes steps into her library each week to borrow some books, the current man that takes up her dreams at night. It's no surprise when she lands on his property she decides maybe the outdoors aren't so bad after all. Perhaps a little fun and adventure is just what she needs instead of some quiet laid back spa. Will she be able to face all her fears and move past her comfort zones without losing her heart to one sexy cowboy? Wes doesn't like mixing business with pleasure but that all goes out the window when Callie shows up at his ranch. He shouldn't even be looking at her let alone thinking about her, she's the kind of woman that ties sex to love and commitment which he avoids at all costs. He can't help himself though, and really who can blame him. Sweet and sexy Callie pushes her limits, faces her fears and starts to bloom before him catching him by surprise. A woman willing to leap over comfort zones certainly is worth it, and Wes is right there by her side as she tackles on new adventures but is she worth facing his own personal fears? You'll have to read to find out what happens!  I thought this would be the one Foster book that I wouldn't like ( pfft yeah right, like that would ever happen) Two people seemingly very different. One worked with horses, one was afraid of horses, they just seemed unmatchable at first, but the sparks were flying and I enjoyed seeing both Callie and Wes grow together.  They had a lot more in common than I first thought so this book was a wonderful surprise and I really enjoyed it.

Melissa Foster is one of my favourite authors and I have had the pleasure to read every book in the Love In Bloom series so far. Fated For Love is book number 16 in the series and I have to admit that as we continue through the series the books get better, the men get hotter, they get pretty steamy and I get totally hooked. This one is no different, we meet Callie and Wes and we are drawn into a whirlwind of emotions and love which conquers all obstacles that may stand in their way. I like that Wes is like his brother and cousins where he knows how to treat a lady and not take her for granted and basically worships the ground she walks on. Callie is a great main character and her friends are a blast. I found myself wishing I had friends like hers. If you don’t believe in fate before reading this book I think it may change your mind slightly afterwards. Another fantastic book in the series and I cannot wait to read the next.

There’s no doubt that when you pick up a book by Foster, you’re definitely in for a GREAT romance. I have quickly become a sucker for these books and if you haven’t started reading yet, what are you waiting for? In only two nights I was able to read an outstanding book where everything you expect was just right in this story. Once again I have had the perfect dose of Foster’s series with the Bradens. The characters in this book were real resulting in a story that felt real too. Be warned that you will hate to put down Wes and Cassie’s love story full of passion and a connection that is nothing short of incredible! The highlight was that I could actually picture the moments and scenes between each of them and fell in love with Cassie’s character as a strong rarity. Romance books are not often believable and should offer total escape – Foster nailed this one perfectly!!

I love Melissa Foster! This is the 18th book in this series and we have met a huge amount of characters. I love each and every one of them in their own way. In this book we are able to fall in love with Callie Barnes. She has moved to Trusty so that she can become an assistant librarian. Librarians are sexy, right? She has a really big like of Thursdays and she never thought that any other day of the week could be better. She loves her job. She loves the fact that everything is in order at the library and she loves books and being surrounded by them. Thursday is the day that Wes Braden comes in to pick up his selected books. Callie is so struck by Wes that she can never think of the right thing to say while he is there because she just really thinks that her life is not special enough to be talked about. How is being a librarian interesting? I love that her plan for a weekend is to treat herself and three of her best friends to a spa weekend. Girl time always makes you feel better! Callie has no idea that Wes has secretly been thinking about her. He is so shocked that she is at his ranch and he feels like it has been set up by one of her friends to get her to his place. Now everything to move forward, he has to make himself known. He wants nothing more but for Callie to stay. I was completely drawn into how much he was pining to kiss Callie. Every girl or woman wants the guy that they have been pining for to be doing nothing less but pining back for her. Wes is amazing to bring out the more courageous side of Callie because she is so reserved. I am not going to give away any of the sexy details, but swoon over yet another Braden guy. Yes, I think I will. I loved all the characters in this book and can not wait to read more and more from these books. Can they get any hotter? Possibly. I received this book through Beck Valley Book Tours for my open and honest opinion. All thoughts are my own.

What could be better than good friends and a hot cowboy? Oh, Callie & Wes… I just couldn’t get enough of them. Melissa Foster just knows how to write an amazing romance couple. From the first moments Callie & Wes are together in the library you just KNOW they’re going to be perfect. The other thing Foster writes well is the sensitive cowboy. The only way to describe how I feel about Wes is “swoon”. I think I would sigh whenever Wes walked in the room… so I certainly understand Callie’s awkwardness. I have to say I absolutely LOVED the relationship between Callie and her 3 friends. The book had me reminiscing back to college memories of myself with my own 3 good friends. I could completely put myself in this book. I could absolutely imagine us all on the girls weekend at the dude ranch. We were always teasing each other about the boys we liked, and pushing each other to do things, while being supportive of each other. I love that this book brought back some of my own amazing memories.

This is a Melissa Foster book, so of course, it is fantastic! While I think I have predicted just about every ending to all of Melissa Foster's books that I have read, that hasn't stopped her from completely pulling me in to where I have had an extremely hard time putting the book down! She's awesome!  Like all of her other books, this is a part of The Braden Series yet, it can also be read as a stand alone book!  Wes Braden definitely takes after his brothers & cousins in the fact that he's a HUGE hunk with a HUGE heart!  Callie is very reserved and pushes herself to the limits. I am quite a bit like Callie, I am also very reserved!  I can't wait to continue reading more & I can't wait until the next Melissa Foster book!!

Incredibly Romantic and so much more! Fated for Love by Melissa Foster is the story of a dreamer, well in my humble opinion and I bit like me. So that got me into reading further it seems like Melissa Foster knows her readers. I read romance in books and I *sigh* I do fantasize and I *sigh* but she was fated for love because she does meet love. In comes Wes, a man with great looks confronting Callie, the woman with all the fears and insecurities. A little on the quiet side but then something does change in her. It’s unleashing – well, Wes helped a little. The romance between them was enough to make my heart race a little bit more in every scene. It’s not my first experience with Melissa Foster and I do feel that it won’t be the last.  I do recommend it. Adriana LG

Wes Braden has got to be the most perfect man alive. I think I fell in love with him alongside Callie. I mean, how do you top a surprise fantasy ball with all the trimmings? And when he realized that they were soul mates, it gave me goose bumps. It was intriguing learning about Wes’ family, especially his gorgeous brothers. This being the first book I have read by Melissa Foster, I didn’t know what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised.  This book can be read without the others, but Ms. Foster added enough back-story to peak my interest. It’s a guarantee that I will go back and read about the Braden Clan from the beginning.

Callie is a librarian and doesn't have a wild side. She loves to read and relax. When her friends tell her they are going on a spa weekend she is reading to do the two things she loves. What she gets instead is a trip to a dude ranch. Not just any dude ranch the one run by the man she is crushing on. Wes is not looking forward to the overnight trip with four women guest. He doesn't fool with the ranch guest and has a strict policy on it. However when he sees one of the four women is Callie he begins to rethink his policy. They both aren't looking for love but they soon see they have something more growing between them than just friends. Callie is quiet, doesn't like adventure and prefers her romance in books. She has fantasies about Wes but never thinks they will go anywhere. She doesn't believe in casual sex and likes to think she has to be in love to have it. Wes loves his ranch and his family. They are his two passions in life. Having seen his brother fall quickly for a woman he doesn't believe it will ever happen to him. He is a sweet, romantic guy that I don't think he even knew how much of one he was. I always eagerly look forward to the next book in this series as I have fell in love with all the characters I have met so far. The author does a phenomenal job create people you fall in love with easily. I love how romantic Wes turns out to be. he really pulls out all the stops for Callie. Callie also does some changing as she does thing she never thought she would do. She learns to not really get over but overcome some of the fears she has in her life. She really has to open her heart and learn to trust Wes in this book. I like all of Callie's friends and in a way hate that they have husbands as they could have been another bunch of stories to hear. I din't connect as well to Wes and Callie as I did other stories in this series but I still enjoyed them. If you have never tried one of these books they are a must read.

Foster has once again given us a strong, steamy man to latch onto. Dreamy, red-blooded Wes Braden has a dude ranch, which can provite a rootin' tootin' time. Shy Callie is heading to a getaway at a spa... so she thinks. Instead she is heading to Wes's ranch. By the time she realizes her friends have bamboozled her friends, she is up close and personal with the main man. This is a fun and pretty steamy read. Love how Callie's friends put her out there to experience love and life to the fullest. Wes is right by her side coaxing, cajoling and occasionally saving her as she test the waters of all that await her.

Callie spends her quiet life wanting what she can't have — and what most of the other women in town want as well. Every Thursday when Wes Braden walks into her library, butterflies hatch in her stomach. If only she could be more to him than just the girl who knows books. But then her “spa retreat” with her girlfriends turns out to be time at a dude ranch owned by none other than her steamy crush. Just being near him is enough to set her heart racing, and it doesn't help that she doesn't know the first thing about riding horses or roughing it. Add to that her fear of heights and anything creepy-crawly, and she's sure she'll not only ruin the vacation for her friends but also make a fool of herself in the process. Judging Covers: I have no idea what this cover has to do with this book. To look at it, I'd expect a beach romance, which is about as far from this story as one can get. Sure, the ladies did catch some rays while they were out, but no sandy beaches in sight. And she's wearing animal print. Gross. The Verdict: Oh, Wes Braden has ruined me for all other men. How one man can be all rugged and outdoorsy and hot as hell and so incredibly sweet and romantic at once is beyond explanation. And then there's the abandoned bloodhound with no sense of smell? Yep, I'm sold. Fated for Love had me laughing from the beginning, from the moment Callie reflected on graphic versus fade-to-black love scenes in books, and then when I wasn't melting over some romantic bit Wes was managing, I was cracking up at her friends. In most stories, when the crazy girlfriends pressure the shy girl into breaking out of her shell, it's so damned uncomfortable that I almost hate them, even when it all works out in the end. But this one was different. Sure, her friends were the best kind of insane, and they totally snowed her to get her to the dude ranch, but they didn't spend all their time throwing her into awkward situations and setting her up for embarrassment. They were all sweet and funny and clearly loved her and wanted her to be happy. And that scene where they were all in her tent? Just perfect. I also liked Callie a lot more than I expected to. I didn't necessarily think I wouldn't like her; I just thought she'd be that shy, insecure heroine who overdid the wallflower bit. But she was so much more fun than that, rising to whatever challenges were thrown at her, even when they reflected all her phobias, and it was immediately clear that while a little more introverted than her friends, she was at heart no less adventurous. And through it all, Wes was ridiculously romantic, but it was written so perfectly that instead of rolling my eyes, I was grinning like a fool. I'd venture to say this is my new favorite book in the series, but I think I've learned my lesson. They're all so good, so different from each other, and so much fun that the next one will just end up at the top of my favorites list as well.

4.6 Star Review - Fated For Love Callie works at the library and is in lust with Wes but has trouble just talking to him when he comes into the library every Thursday. Callie is looking forward to her vacation she believes that her friends are taking her to a spa. When in fact she is going to Wes's ranch so she can learn new things and get out and explore. While on the ranch she is expected to do all kinds of activities that she is not really into completing. Once Wes realizes she is not into the activities advises her that she does not have to do them but if she wants to he can help her learn to do them. Some of the activities she is really bad at like riding a horse but with Wes she can overcome her fear and learn to ride. The more time she spends with Wes the more she falls for him. Wes has wanted Callie ever since he saw her the first time in the library. Now that he has her on his ranch he does not want to let her go. As the time go by they grow closer and fall in love and decide that they want to date. But will one phone call that was overheard and misunderstood be the end of them? This is a sweet story with a little steam. Loved all the characters; Callie, Wes, the ranch workers, and even her friends. Can't wait for the next book in this series.

Melissa Foster has done it once again with another fabulous romance book that you are bound to love. She keeps thrilling us with these wonderful hunky men. I don't know about you, but I keep falling in love with all of her characters. In fact, maybe it is time to move to Colorado to see some of these hunky men. Oh yea, the Bradens are fictional. Oh, well, a girl can dream or just read about them. This book will have you believing in fate, and dreaming of what might be in future or remembering when you fell in love. My man might not be has hunky as Wes Braden and I'm definitely not the sexy Callie, but I definitely believe that it was fate that brought us together. The only thing I don't like about these books is that they are never long enough for me. I read these so fast, and never want them to end. I love that I can live vicariously through these books. The books are so vivid. Of course, you might feel like a Peeping Tom during the steamy love scenes. Your significant other might like it when you read this book, too, if you know what I mean. I give this book 5 stars. This definitely is a book meant for mature audiences, though, due to those steamy love scenes. You can read this as a stand alone book, or read the series in its entirety. I strongly suggest that you read the whole series though. You will love the whole series. I received this book to review through Beck Valley Books Book Tours, all the opinions above are 100% my own.

Melissa Foster does it again! Another fantastically compelling love story that made me ache with happiness by the end! As much as I thought Callie was a bit wet, her friends and Wes (oh so dreamy) completely balance it out. There is so much more I could say about this book, but I don't want to spoil it for anyone! I read it so quickly that I was so disappointed when it finished, and I contemplated reading it again! Its THAT good! Would love to read more of Callie and Wes please, Melissa!! LOVE the Braden cousins series! I need to read
