About the Author

Eve Gaal's poetry has appeared in numerous media and anthologies.

Joanne Dobson is the author of the popular Professor Karen Pelletier mystery series from Doubleday and Poisoned Pen Press. Her essays have appeared in the New York Times, and she teaches creative writing at the Hudson Valley Writers Center in Sleepy Hollow.

A.R. Philips writes about the life and films of Alfred Hitchcock at his blog titled HitchcockAndMe. A winner of a 2003 New Century Writers Award, Philips is currently writing a novel about Hitchcock entitled “The Mountain Eagle.”

Amy Beth Arkawy is the Arts and Entertainment Editor for the website News Junkie Post and writes the Scribbler's Folly and Radio Graffiti blogs. Her first novel, Killing Time is due out this fall, also from Hen House Press.

Scott Fivelson is the author of the novel "Tuxes" a satire of the classic multi-generational rich-family saga, published by BeachSide Press. Hen House Press is the publisher of his one-act play, Dial L for Latch-Key.

Tim Cleavenger is a graduate of San Francisco Art Institute.

Steven Fried is a life-long science student as well as an explorer of the multitude manifestations of philosophy. His construction of a bridge between the two is the key to the thought provoking approach that defines his work.

Dennis Brock has been a writer and an artist with published stories appearing in small magazines throughout the United States and exhibitions of his paintings and fiber arts all along the Eastern Seaboard.

Isaac Grimm is a published poet, and a student of writing at the Hudson Valley Writers Center where he has been working on a memoir.

Jennifer Leeper is a freelance writer. Her first novella, Padre, will be released in October through J. Burrage Publications.

Rivka Tadjer is an author, journalist and screenwriter. Her first novel, Two Weeks Under, was published by The Conversation Group. An eBook version, published by Hen House Press is set for release in August, 2011.

Roberto Gottardello has traded his Sig Sauer 3000 for a pen.

Bernard J. Schaffer’s has published several works of fiction, available as eBooks.
