About the Author

Min. Juanita Graham is originally from Martinsville, VA. She moved to the Williamsburg area when she attended the College of William and Mary, where she received a B.A. in Psychology and a M.Ed. in Agency Counseling. She was ordained in the ministry on October 23, 2005, at the Historic First Baptist Church in Williamsburg, VA. There she serves as an associate minister.

She is also currently a board member for the Let Freedom Ring Foundation, whose mission is to protect and preserve the historical prominence of the First Baptist Church founded in 1776.

Occupationally, she serves as the Director of Outreach Services for Avalon Center.

Juanita embraces the process of creating and crafting. She is a genealogical enthusiast and has traced her family history back to the 1840's. She also enjoys reading and listening to music.

Juanita has been married to her husband, Willie, over 22 years, and they have a wonderful daughter.
