Finding RDK The Red Dress Killer

Three women are murdered in 1972 in New Orleans, La. All three women were last seen wearing red dresses. All three were murdered the same way. Detective Quinn Donnelly fears the killer is RDK or The Red Dress Killer from 1960. Could RDK have returned after so many years? In a weird twist of circumstances, a hand reaches from the grave to lead Donnelly to the killer.
