Ava is a successful tax professional who falls in love with the tax auditor Mark from the IRS. She gets a strange client named Mr. Smith, whom she feels uncomfortable around. She starts getting threatening phone calls and feels like someone is following her. One day, she goes to the office to find her assistant dead.
