This is not a cliffhanger. The story covers the story of a young girl whose world is upended when the father of her unborn child pre-empts her news with the announcement that he was marrying someone else.... The story was told in less than 130 pages, so it was concise. The fact that it covered 20 years is amazing! It was a quick read and it was different. She is not Scarlett O'Hara who yearned fruitlessly for Ashley. She picked up her life and she raised their daughter with her circle of friends and adopted family.

It's so nice to read a book without the normal cliche of the pregnant girl returning to reconcile and marry the father of her child, but becomes a success on her own.

This story proves that real love can be almost like a fairy tale and how unimportant erotica is to a really great story line. Way to go Ms Ingram. CB

A romance novel that is short to read, girl's life is changed by a pregnancy in her senior year of school. Gives you hope that someone can actually make something better with their live, when dealt a bad hand.

Loved this book! Small town girl gets pregnant, moves away, meets single mother and together start a major design and clothing business. Finds love, returns to home town to revitalize it, tells daughter about her father, and finally marries her love. Will be reading more books.

I have read better I thought it was a little boring, the story kept shooting ahead first 20 years, then back then 15. I think the author should have just let it flow but some of the details I skipped over
