Risa Williams is a psychotherapist, writer, and wellness coach known for her work in mental health management. Combining her background in ballet and professional writing with her master’s in clinical psychology, Risa opened her own consulting business with a focus on productivity and stress reduction. She has gone on to help hundreds of clients across the country, as well as be featured in Forbes Magazine, Wired, and Psychology Today.
