This book is tremedous for someone who was sexually abused from the time they were 12 until they were 18 by there own father. It teaches you how to look inside yourself and work with the children inside that make you feel at the age of 43 like you are a child whenever the smallest stressful situation arises. I would encourage all sexual abuse survivor's to read this and actually do what the book instruct's you to do. It's hard work but very benficial. I like it so much that I am purchasing "Recreating Your Self"
