Excellent book that is easy to follow
I am surprised that more people aren't talking about this book. Honestly, I have never heard about JJ Smith. I picked up this book, while I was in the store two weeks ago, thinking it was just about smoothies. I am happy that I was wrong. While this book does focus on smoothies, I love the Strawberry Pineapple smoothie, there is so much more. You should know I am on the 30 day plan from The Hungry Chick Dieting Solution, which I only bought because somebody else mentioned it in another review. I have already lost eight pounds using it and I am not trying to do anything to jeopardize a weight loss that took me years to make happen. But, when you have somebody like JJ is providing great recipes, that I have already made, for dishes like Jerk Shrimp Stew, Scallops with Lemon Sauce and my family's new favorite Coconut Brownies, everyone will be happy. I highly recommend this book. Great job.
