During this time, he also consulted on bar operations across the UK, wrote an award-winning college course on professional bartending and opened his own, much-loved venue, Eight Bar and Kitchen. He eventually left the bar to travel the world as Global Brand Ambassador for Beefeater and Plymouth Gin, a prestigious role that kept him on the road for the next nine years.

A former Brand Director for Mezcal El Silencio, Natalia is an accomplished creative innovator with a love for building brands. She has worked for Midleton,
a world-leading Irish whiskey distillery and the home of award winning brands such Jameson and Redbreast. Her roles took her from Europe to Mexico, and then back to the USA, where she spent time creating memorable events, brand partnerships and building community through education.

From there, he moved on to Ian Schrager’s luxury EDITION hotels where he spent the next six years. He ran the bars at the London EDITION, and under his management, they won several national and international awards. After his success in London, Andy helped launch the Sanya EDITION, in
southern China, before moving to Los Angeles to open the highly regarded West Hollywood EDITION. Andy developed activations and bar takeovers in cities across the world, and delivered the global advocacy and education programme ‘Punch on the Road’, at key industry gatherings like Bar Convent Berlin, the Mexico Bar Show, and in iconic bars like New York’s Dead Rabbit.
