I'M NOT GOOD

Unfortunately our manners and greetings has played a part in our overall wellness. Many of our conversations start like this: HEY! HOW ARE YOU; and typically we answer like this - I'M GOOD. Have you ever asked yourself why do you automatically say that you are good; especially when you are not? We can just find out some bad news or just finish crying and once someone asks us how we are doing, many of us say - I'M GOOD without blinking.
