I'm looking forward to reading the other books that are connected to this one. This series would make a great mini-series or a long movie at the theatre. Simone-24

The plot has a good topic of interest. One can identify with the characters easily. Maybe he had too many characters to follow though.

I received a pre-publication copy of this book. I enjoyed reading it as much as I have enjoyed reading other books by Mr. Christensen. Impact is hard to put down, as it made me want to know what happened to the various characters that I encountered. Impact starts from a short time before the impact of the meteorite to some time after the impact. I think the character development is very good. You get a feel for how each character became who they currently are. This story is very believable. You will always have people who are out only for themselves and people who want to help make the world a safer and better place for others.I think this book could be read as a stand alone book, but if you read it, I believe that you will want to read other books by Mr. Christensen in the series.

This story is labeled as fiction, but it sounds full of realism,as though the author had lived through significant times as these, and was reporting what he had seen. Definetly worth the read. To understand it all, read “EXODUS” first.

The Exodus trilogy comes before this. Alive comes before this, as some backstory, too. The Rift trilogy comes after this. Impact is the link and a great way to tie the two story arcs together.

Would love to see a follow up to this!

Very disappointing ending in this story. Reluctant to read anything else by this author because of the haphazard way he just cuts the story off.
