WAYNE A. SMITH was born in Detroit, Michigan during January, 1945, and received his primary and secondary education in the Detroit Public Schools. He received his Bachelor of Philosophy degree, with a concentration in Political Science and History, from Monteith College of Wayne State University in 1966, and his Juris Doctor degree from Wayne State University Law School in 1969.
Mr. Smith:
has been a Member of the State Bar of Michigan since 1969.
is a congregant, and since 2007 an Elder, of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.).
