Left of the Middle

This book is about your grandfather and my grandfather, and about the smartest man you've ever known. It's also about you and what you are, and what you still can be. It's about understanding that with age comes wisdom, but also understanding that sometimes age comes alone. And knowing that a little knowledge is a dangerous thing, but so is a lot. And lastly, it's about remembering what my grandfather once told someone who asked him what he did for a living: He said, "I live for a living."
