This book has some nice recipes, but does not include the actual carb count/serving. Recipes that include tomatoes in some form (sauce, diced, sun dried, etc.) can be deceivingly high in carb count. For those trying to stay within a certain daily carb range, be prepared to get out your guide books and calculator.
