and turn to it when I need an emotional boost. It gives me a greater understanding of how I can turn my negative feelings into positive ones. Just for fun, sometimes I open the book and read what that page says. It always seems to be what I needed to hear to help me improve my outlook.
I like to pick a particular area of my life I want to work on and then over a course a few weeks read the same meditation. Becasue once you start to think differently then the things around you start to look differently.
Straight to the heart. Easy to read and understand. I read something from this ebook every morning to start my day.
I use this, Heart Thoughts, and 101 Power Thoughts for work in conjunction with meditation. I'm glad Louise wrote this one to help us get a daily dose of her words.
Louise Hay always has appropriate words of wisdom for many situations, and she gets down to business rapidly. The meditations here cover many different life issues, similar to her other book, You Can Heal Your Body. The best thing to do in difficulty is to take a few moments to get your mind calm and centered, and this book is a great way to do that.
"Be grateful for you bills because that means you can pay them" Once I hit that page I stopped reading. Seriously, what kind of BS is that?!!
