About the Author

Amy Knupp is an author of contemporary romance, a freelance copy editor for Blue Otter Editing, and a freelance technical editor. While the collection of hats she wears sounds a bit scattered and broad, the common thread among all of them (perhaps the little ball on top of each hat) is the written word. She loves words and grammar and meaty, engrossing stories with complex characters.

Amy lives in Wisconsin with her husband, two teenage sons, four cats, and two box turtles. She graduated from the University of Kansas with degrees in French and journalism. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, breaking up cat fights, watching college hoops, and annoying her family by correcting their grammar.

I am in love with the concept of Hale Street. The drive of Violet, Burke and Nick to restore and revitalize the area shines through the story lines in all the books. Sweet Spot is Hunter and Kennedy's story. It is nice to see Kennedy grow out of her shell. Amazing characters and story telling. I can see I will not accomplish much until all the books are read! Soft Spot, while shorter than the first three (it is a novella after all), is as well done as the first three books - entertaining characters and a well developed plot. I have already started the next novella. I recommend the entire series. One and Only is a great story with wonderful, believable characters. Sloan and Micah's story is very moving. I cannot wait for the next book in the Hale Street series. Highly recommended. I own each book so I did not purchase this box set.
