Montgisard's Way: A Tale of Three Bens

An epic ballad about the little known Battle of Montgisard -- one of the many crusading clashes between the Christians of Europe and the Muslims of Persia in the Middle Ages. Montgisard featured a clever general, Saladin, and leprous boy-king Baldwin. The two play cat and mouse as they fight over control of Jerusalem. Along the way, triplets -- brothers all bearing the name Ben -- join Baldwin as the two armies clash in a narrow ravine called Montgisard.
