The first cigarette ended and left behind a vast world that he had only reached in a dream. So "Lemon" rose from his bed on top of the first dune, then lit his second cigarette and began walking between the dune's mattresses, as if they were rearranging their locations to pave a path for him to walk on, a path with soft ground. A palatable, captivating scent began to distinguish his nose, resembling the scent of mixed wild roses. He wished for it to increase and increase, until the breeze of that scent became the one that carried him to it, so he surrendered to his nose, which kept searching for the source of the smell until the dunes delivered him to a hidden courtyard between them. A large lake of water appeared in the middle of it, reflecting the purple color in the sky and breaking it into degrees, exuding that fragrant smell. He approached its edge and scooped a small scoop of it with the palm of his hand. He felt the water in his hand colder than usual, heavier than the flowing water, and the smell clung to his palm. His hand after he threw the water in the lake.
