Tina Ellerby, Author

Thirteen prescription drugs flew out the window, when Tina simply changed the way she ate. Out with the bad (grains, carbs, and sugars), and in with the good (health, wellness, and overall giddiness). Between modifying, inventing, and people wanting copies of her recipes, a cookbook was born.

Tina uses her very patient husband, assorted family members, and friends, as her test panel (a.k.a. guinea pigs), to sample every recipe she creates. She hopes you're sick and tired, of being sick, and that your guinea pigs are hungry.

Cathleen Seaquist, Co-Author

Slightly obsessed with food and flavors, and bearing witness to her sister Tina's physical healing, Cathleen immediately jumped on the grain-free, gluten-free, sugar-free cookbook bandwagon. She urges friends (as well as complete strangers), to "Jump on board! Eat right...why be sick?"

Cathleen is happily married and living in New York, with her husband and one child, or two children, if you include Dixie, her black lab.
