In order to be released and free of the past hurts, traumas and fully heal you must go back and correct what was wrong in your childhood and correct the behaviors by retrain your mind and brain. Do this by speaking scriptures and prayers over your brains and mind daily.
Also- re-parent yourself by loving you fully and beak the generational curses upon the little you and giving you the love and attention you didn't receive from your parents.
