Tammy Credicott has a BS from California State University, Fresno and is a current recipe developer, blogger, and author of The Healthy Gluten Free Life. Tammy and her husband owned the successful gluten-free bakery, The Celiac Maniac, before they were inspired by the paleo lifestyle to transform their health and create the wildly popular Paleo Magazine, the only print magazine dedicated to the paleo lifestyle and ancestral health. This is my new favorite cookbook. And surprisingly, it's not because of the desserts. I've been spending the last three weeks exploring the savory section of this book and I haven't been disappointed yet. Just as with her cookbook, The Healthy Gluten-Free Life, Tammy Credicott has put together recipes that are easy-to-follow and plate-licking-good. So far, I've made the Salisbury Steak, Cincinnati chili, rosemary pork burgers, meatball sub (including the most dangerously easy quick bread known to Paleo eaters), zucchini pizza boats, Chinese pepper steak, Mandarin chicken and decadent brownies. All of them have been wonderful so far. I have drooled over all of the sweet recipes, too. It's only a matter of time before I make my way through those, too. I highly recommend this book. And now I'm going to go daydream about all the ways I'm going to use that quick bread.

I had a chance to preview this cookbook and I cannot even express how amazing it it. I have been gluten free for 14 years now and went through it when there were not good options available. I have recently started incorporating some Paleo recipes into my diet when I found Tammy! I am so grateful!! I have been making a lot of the recipes in her new book and they are incredible. I love the Orange Olive Oil bread and the Chocolate-Hazelnut Thumbprints are to die for!! I have not made one thing in here that wasn't absolutely delicious!! My family, who is not GF or into Paleo (yet) have all raved over the tasty treats I bring them! They don't even know they are GF which says A LOT!!! Thanks Tammy! I am looking forward to meeting you at the Gluten Free Expo in Salt Lake City this October. I am going to need to buy your other book that came out last February!! You rock!!!

This cookbook is a must have! The easy step by step instructions, beautiful pictures and mouth watering recipes are amazing. You can have your cake (or cheesecake) and eat it too!! Paleo indulgences not only gives you fantastic alternatives for those over processed products on store shelves, but also gives you fantastic main dishes! This cookbook allows you to celebrate special times with special treats. Love this cookbook and have already prepared several of the main dishes with great approved! Don't hesitate to get this cookbook.

So far, this is my favorite pale cook book. Not just desserts, but main meals, and breakfasts too. Wonderful, mouth-watering photos and a killer photo table of contents make finding recipes very easy.

Simple and yummy! Choc chip cookies are really good and the blueberry muffins! These use a great ratio of wet to dry ingredients. Worth the money!

This recipe book is filled with delicious, simple to make recipes for the Paleo Diet. Lots of great sweet treats that are gluten free and low in sugar!
