About the Author
Kay Cumnock, author of Penny the Nosey Mutt, was the middle child of five siblings. She and her siblings were raised in Mesquite, Texas. Drawing on her experience with seven nieces and nephews helped her know how to talk to children and her great niece inspired her to write her first children's book. Dedication To my sister Karla for giving my character Penny her name.
And to my new great niece Sloane for giving me a reason for publishing a children's book first.
