About the Author

Rachel Piper [she/her] is the owner of Size Diverse Pilates LLC. She is a classically trained Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher (NCPT) and Size Inclusive Training certified. She also has a certification in Yin Yoga.

Rachel has been practicing and teaching Pilates in a bigger body for her entire “Pilates Life”. Because her Pilates experience was always full of inclusion and acceptance it's Rachel’s goal to be that same person for others.

Rachel is working towards creating spaces for people who might not think they have a place in Pilates whether it's because of gender identity, race, body size or shape, physical state, or being neurodiverse. She wants others to realize that they can find a place to be free in their movement practice with whatever it is they have going on.

She believes we need more love and support in the world and a world where anyone can feel safe and included in fitness spaces and in their community.
