About the Author

Malin Andersson is a mental health advocate, motivational speaker, and body confidence activist. She rose to fame following her appearance on Love Island in 2016 and started her career as an influencer but after experiencing life-changing trauma, decided to use her platform to promote healing, body positivity, and self-love.
