Precipice: A Recovery Manual:

This is an interactive recovery manual to be used for substance use disorder, alcoholism and mental health concerns. This manual is based on suggestions that I have used to obtain long-term recovery. Once homeless and penniless, I now have a full life with many blessings.
As in all recovery methods, success from this manual is not guaranteed, it all depends on the individual's choices and willingness to grow continually. This manual and its contents are based on the authors' "Lived Experience."
