Promise Kept

Two kids pledge to meet on a certain date, as long as they do not become unkind people. Life drags each through emotional mud until the day when they accidentally reunite. The one memory that kept him going was the village girl, and she dreamed of a knight to rescue her. She would need that knight to keep her alive, and he was determined to make both of their dreams come true.
