Keyes worked as a senior Microsoft manager, strategic advisor for American Express, and consultant to thousands of businesses around the world. While at Microsoft, she managed global marketing campaigns, including the launch of Office 2000, and helped create Microsoft's primary philanthropy program, Unlimited Potential.     I wish that Whitney's book had been available when I was establishing my advisory business in the 1990's. She is concise and presents workable strategies for developing your business.
