About the Author

JO CONDRILL, is the founder and president of GoalMinds, Inc. She is a speaker, author and consultant with over 25 years experience in business, government, and volunteer organizations. Jo is the author of Take Charge of Your Life: Dare to Pursue Your Dreams. She is coauthor of 101 Ways to Improve Your Communication Skills Instantly and From Book Signing to Best Seller. Other eBooks she authored include How to Form Your Own Mastermind Group and How to Avoid Pyramid Schemes and Find a Good Network Marketing Opportunity.

Jo led a Toastmaster district in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area to rank #1 in that worldwide organization and later served on its Board of Directors. She contributed her story to The Heart of a Toastmaster, compiled by Sheryl Roush.
The Secretary of the Army, Togo West, presented Jo the Army’s highest civilian award, the Decoration for Exceptional Civilian Service, for her work in leadership positions in the Pentagon. Jo's clients have included: Verizon, Chevron Texaco, National Park Service and Association of Image Consultants International. Jo has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Our Lady of the Lake University; and a Master of Science degree in Public Administration from Central Michigan University.
BENNIE BOUGH, Ph.D. is an internationally known speaker, seminar leader and consultant. He is past president of Toastmasters International. With over 35 years of speaking and training experience, he specializes in how to give effective presentations whether one-to-one or one-to-a-thousand. Besides United States and Canada, he has trained individuals in communication techniques in China, Vietnam, Laos, Pakistan and Taiwan. Dr. Bough is also a distinguished member of Shriner International.
His clients included the United Nations Development Program, the Navy Department, the Environmental Protection Agency and the Science Applications International Corporation. He received his Ph.D. in International Relations from George Washington University.
