Scars that Scar

After being wounded in the crossfire of a gang fight that took his brother's life, Elijah's mom moves them away from the rough South Side to a safer neighborhood across town. Despite the kindness of students at his new school, Elijah fears that his bullet scars will forever brand him as a thug from the wrong side of town, and decides that no one can ever know about his dark past.
