Schustermeyer and the Maintenance Department: Extending the Life of Facilities versus Extending the Life of Schustermeyer

Schustermeyer (former USMC Infantry Officer) travels to Southern California to conduct an audit of a school district's maintenance and custodial department in early 1984. He plans to invest three weeks of his time, and after returning home, will send a copy of the report to the Business Superintendent.
