About the Author

Sharon Hamilton’s NYT and USA/Today SEAL Brotherhood series have earned her multiple bestseller lists both in the U.S., and internationally. Her Navy SEAL heroes learn to deal with life on life’s terms when they come back from deployment. Although highly trained and heavily equipped with the best the military has to offer, when it comes to falling in love, there are no rules, no practice runs and no manuals. Much is asked of the women who are strong enough to love them. But the rewards make up for all the interim heartache.

These men find their sometimes rocky road to recovery and redemption in the arms of their families, for whom they serve. They don’t do it for money, or glory. They are the ones who “get ‘er done.”

Sharon also writes Golden Vampires of Tuscany and Guardian Angels, which have also garnered bestseller lists and awards.

When not writing, Sharon can be found getting verra verra dirty in the vegetable and flower gardens she’s tended for decades. She lives with her husband in beautiful Sonoma County, California, wine country, where some of her stories take place.

SEAL Brotherhood Book Seven When you're engaged to the man everyone around you adores, sometimes you just go along with it. Kate Morgan feels like she's been in a bubble and is only now surfacing when she takes a trip to visit her sister. She meets a man on the plane who triggers strong emotions she has never felt before, even with her fiance. Things progress quickly when Tyler Gray offers to drive her to her sister's home. When they stop for some food, she realizes that Tyler is truly the man she wants to be with. However, she knows she must end things with Randy first. After spending the time remaining before his deployment with Kate, Tyler knows he is done for. The love bug has hit and he is not sorry about it. The two spend as much time together as possible, but things are brewing at Kate's job that may present more of an obstacle than her previous engagement. If you've been looking for another SEAL story set outside of Coronado, this is the one for you! *I received this book from the publisher in exchange for an honest review.

**I received an ARC of this story in exchange for an honest review Kate Morgan is headed to Portland to spend some time with her sister before her upcoming wedding. On the plane, she meets Navy SEAL Tyler Gray. By the time the flight is over, Kate is rethinking her marriage and Tyler can't forget about Kate. From that point on, circumstances come up that seem to want to keep them apart. I really love SEAL books as well as love at first sight(as long as the author has written it well enough for me to buy it), but for some reason this just didn't work for me. I didn't get any kind of chemistry from the lead characters in the beginning, especially the kind for her to call off her engagement. I also didn't really care for everything that was so much thrown into this story. It just didn't work for me.

Sharon,  I just have to thank you for writing SEAL of my heart. I started and finished it last night. I honestly have to say, it's my favorite. It hit so close to home, so much like my husband and I when he was in the military that I cried with Kate. Ached for her bc I knew how she felt. Everytime mine had to leave me, I died a little inside. We will be married 20 years in a couple of weeks, have 4 children, and we still act like that with each other. Like everything is new everyday. Thank you for writing such a beautiful book.
