Abused as a young girl, 32-year-old Katie Mackenna has become a skilled child therapist. With a steady income and a good reputation at work, things seem to be looking up for Katie until one afternoon, Jay, her estranged brother and former abuser, appears at a family gathering. Things continue to go awry for Katie as locals go missing, bodies show up, and Jay is nowhere to be found.
