I am new to really actively making an effort to eat better foods and a smoothie like the ones in here are not only super easy but super tasty! I borrowed this book many times from the library before making it my own. I would totally recommend it!

If you're reading this - stop, and click to buy this book, then come back and finish reading. Ok? As soon as this book was available to preorder - I had preordered a copy for myself, my sister, my cousin, my mom and one to give away. I just received it today and need to order more for friends and family. This book is not only packed with tips and absolutely yummy recipes, but it's absolutely GORGEOUS!!! This is a book that will not be hidden in my cupboards - but it will be displayed on my dining room table! The recipes in the book are of very high quality and super yummy! My kids favorite is the begginers luck on page 57, and mine? Of course it's Peachy Kick Start on page 127 because a mamas gotta have the energy to run around after 2 boys! If you haven't bought the book yet - please do. It will absolutely change the way you nourish your body. ❤️

The book is a great read and exceptional reference tool to a new healthy life style. The pictures and recipes are easy to follow. What a great and easy way to improve your nutrition and health.

Highly recommend this book! Before finding green smoothies, my boys would not consume anything green, or healthy. These recipes are not only healthy, but over-the-top delicious. My two boys and I now drink a green smoothie every morning. I am addicted to Simple Green Smoothies. The book is fun to read, easy to follow blending of delicious healthy smoothies, and the beautiful photos are a huge bonus.

Simple Green Smoothies is the best to follow. They take their time crafting each smoothie recipe and testing with followers and their families. They are awesome, tasty, and creative. I highly recommend the book so you have all of their smoothies and tips at your fingertips!

Simple Green Smoothie is the best!I have loved following them on Instagram for a long time and this book is fantastic. I like how it goes beyond smoothies to even include nut milks and popsicles and so much more!
