The recipes are easy to follow and prepare. These dishes photograph beautifully, but more importantly taste as good as they look. Anyone who thinks that a vegetarian lifestyle gives you stale and boring choices, I challenge you to give these dishes a shot. Veggies....it's what's for dinner!
