That's Not My Name: Memoir of a Five-Year-Old

That's Not My Name is an autobiographical sketch of the author's memories between the age of four and six. It's humorous, philosophical and tragic as it shows the dichotomy between a child's perception and that of an adult. In doing so it reveals the true nature of their oneness. Written in the child's words as well as an interpretation by his adult, the thoughts and feelings of a child take on a different perspective, one based on respect for a child's memories and their effect in adulthood.
