The Blind Wolf

The Father is the oldest and most powerful vampire in the world and he is planning something awful. When Cain Armstrong and Pearl Crow stop him by stealing a powerful jewel from him the Father sends out his assassins to kill Cain, cripple Pearl and get the jewel back, but there is more to one of the assassins than Cain and Pearl first think. This leads them to travel to Germany where they must confront a powerful vampire who is said to be a seer but she is known as the Blind Wolf.
