A class action lawsuit is filed against the entire poultry industry alleging conspiratorial actions to fix prices and suppress wages throughout the country. John and Denzel are retained by Givadaun Poultry to serve as General Counsel and Investigator to defend the Company. The lawsuits are filed in the middle of the largest acquisition Givadaun has every attempted. The financial strain on the owner, Carolyn Givadaun Hamilton and her little brother Donnie is palpable.
