Hi, I'm science fiction author Donald Swan.

I spent my life cruising around the galaxy fighting against vastly superior alien forces that were hell-bent on destroying Earth. In my mind anyway. ;)

This is a fun, action packed book. The character development is good with some interesting aliens. (Methane breathers etc.) There are some twists you won't see coming and overall a fun, enjoyable read. Aliens, a lost human who realizes just how frail and backward humanity is compared to the aliens in another part of the galaxy. Good guys, bad guys. It's an interesting ride. I also suggest book two, I'm nearing the end of that one. Can't put it down.

Story line is fast paced with a great flow. The author manages to tell a story in such a way that one feels they are living in the moment of the story. Swan knows when to throw in the surprises and shockers. you won't see it coming. I hate it when reviews give away the plot so I will end it there. A must read. For those who usually do not choose science fiction books, this will change your mind.
