I've read other books on intermittent fasting, and seriously, nothing is as amazing as this. A friend in England recommended it after trying one of the plans and losing LOTS of weight.  I think in the US, fasting every alternate day is the most well known method, whereas in the UK, they fast two days per week.  This book has both those methods, but also a third.  It's so well written, and at times I didn't even feel I was reading a diet book, as it contains lots of humor and Tony Robbins style inspiration.  The great thing about this book, is that it's helped me shift over twenty STUBBORN pounds!  I wouldn't really call it a diet, but more a shift in thinking and eating style.  And that's what seals its 5 star from me. I'd give it 6 if I could.  It really is that good.
