"The not so "Great and Powerful" Wizard of Oz has just left the Emerald City, leaving poor Dorothy behind. On his way back to Kansas, the balloon fails, and he crashes into the poisonous desert surrounding the Land of Oz. After he's gone, Glinda discovers the conniving little conman has stolen the most powerful talisman in the Land.
