A mind opening book.... Dr. Palinisamy skillfully merges Ayurvedic wisdom with Paleo diet principles in a comprehensive and understandable manner. Disputing the notion that " one size fits all ", a customized diet plan based on one's body type is provides. The book also provides detailed information on lifestyle factors including sleep, exercise, breathing, fasting, detoxification and the mind-body-spirit connection. A valuable book for individuals who wish to tweak their overall life and health approach.
