The Redemption in Riverstone Bay: Life is too short to say 'what if'?
Riverstone Bay, a town once defined by its hockey heritage, is now a wounded ghost of its former self. A tragic car accident shattered the Prescott name and the town's legacy, leaving Kyle Prescott-the sole survivor and former hockey hero-an outcast haunted by the night that drove him into exile.

Years later, Kyle, past his prime, is forced to face the town he abandoned, a place as broken as he is. His return isn't just a hockey tryout-it's a confrontation with the consequences of his past.

On the ice, he struggles against younger opponents and his own fading skills. Off the ice, his brother's tattered notebook from their teenage years is discovered, a haunting relic that reveals a web of painful truths. With each page turned, another layer of reality is peeled away.

Can Kyle confront the past and protect his family's legacy, or will the secrets of his brother's journal destroy both him and Riverstone Bay forever?

About the Author

About the Author

Chris Honoway, a seasoned videographer with over 20 years of experience and a graduate of Eastern Michigan University, has been passionate about storytelling and hockey for decades. Inspired by classic sports dramas, his journey to creating this story began with a movie trailer he crafted for a video editing contest. This gave him the idea to develop the story into a full-length screenplay, in 2020. His vision for the film was ambitious, but the proposed budget didn't meet his expectations.
Encouraged by a family member, he adapted the script into his debut novel, allowing him to share his story exactly as he envisioned it.
