Tom Jacobs is an evolutionary astrologer, medium and channel with an active practice comprised of clients around the country and around the globe. A member of evolutionary astrologer Steven Forrest's Apprenticeship Program since 2004, his work supports people to uncover and connect deeply with what their souls are here to do.
