I'm not sure if it is just my family or is sexual molestation a common psychotic problem in the world. During the 80s and the 90s my it seemed like most of my family was on drugs badly but as a child I just figured that it was because of the common excuse that once crack was introduced to the black and urban culture, that was the reason for every ones behavior.
