Set in 1963 in a Dallas, Texas neighborhood The Wine Bowl tells a story of three friends Mickey, Joseph and James. The Wine Bowl is an annual event particular to their neighborhood. These young men waited more than seven years for this opportunity to prove themselves worthy. Time is drawing near. Events leading up to and including The Wine Bowl are portrayed.
