The 'nuts and bolts' of ADVANCED HEAVY DUTY APPLIED 'MENTZERMATICS' is richly put forth in this well-written sequel to Iron Mike Mentzer's last book HIGH INTENSITY TRAINING THE MIKE MENTZER WAY. 'The Wisdom of Mike Mentzer.....' provides useful and inspiring insights and protocols for implementation of Advanced 'Mentzermatics' for advanced bodybuilders and strength atheletes. Clearly John Little. in conjunction with Joanne Sharkey, have set forth a classic that will endure as long and as strong as Heavy Duty[and Iron Mike] itself.......
